It's hard to express out my feeling.

I've just realized this year exam paper, 5 times harder than diploma's papers . Examiners put questions unpredictably, and did not give us any clue (which chapter will come out) and forced us to memorize everything on subject guide. Although u THOUGHT that u have explained and wrote very well (the method that written on subject guide) onto ur paper, The examiners would only give u half marks of the total (ex: 1 question 12 marks, u only can get 6 marks), because u needed to mention some real examples (must be differ from other students) to support ur answer.

I hate exam!

If u ask me "how's ur exam?", then u will find me smile with no answer. I don't have any comment about my exams. Actually I wanna cry (like what my friend did yesterday), but for what? it's such a waste, my tear can't change everything. Now I really surrender all my effort onto HIS hand. "I tried my best, and please save me, Lord "

When I was a diploma student, I learnt about introduction to microeconomics, it was really interesting and easy to remember. With high confidence, I chosen Microeconomics as one of my modules for this year.... Argghhhhh!!!! I wanna cry.........(T_T) "Feel like want to burn the lecture note and drink it". Anw, The title of this post is "asymmetric information". => that what I learnt in micro.

Asymmetric information happens when the buyers don't have enough (detail) information of products that they want to purchase, due to hidden information by the sellers. For instance: in the market, there's a competition between good quality car (Let's call them "Plum") and bad quality car (so-called "Lemon"). As a buyer, of course, she/he ONLY want to purchase PLUM. On the other hand, As the seller, her/his job is to sell car as many as possible, he/she doesn't care whether the car is plum/lemon. Although, the seller knows that he/she is selling LEMON, he/she hides its weaknesses, and influences the buyer by giving wrong information, so that the buyer thinks it's a PLUM.

Last Sunday is the actual day of Heart of love event which is organized by Icare, starting from 9am-12.30pm. But for the volunteer, we need to come earlier, around 7am. That day was my first day in Singapore, woke up so early in the morning (6am) and even the sky was still dark. I thanked God. =) I made it.

If The parents found that their beloved daughter has lost control then she accidentally made a biggest mistake in her life. I mean "She got pregnancy before married". I'm pretty sure that at the very first time, the parents found her daughter is pregnant, they will angry on her, scold her, even some of them reject her daughter to come back home, but after a few months/years later, they try to forgive and at the end they also try to receive their daughter and grandchild back home, because Love always wins against the Anger.

And I do believe that Every parents around the world love their children wholeheartedly. So that, I thanked God because He gave me and my siblings the best parents. =D

A pain that brings you peace.

Today is a tiring Sunday (visit red cross's residents and join ICARE @ woodlands). @ red cross home, they have provided chairs for the volunteers, but limited and most of the chairs are occupied by the relatives of the residents. Thus, Maggy and I have been stood for 4 hours. Now, I got pain on my legs.
When I was in the red cross home, I visited Christopher, a 53 years-old man. He's amazing, he can remember all people's birthdays, and then He can tell you that your birthday is on what day. (ex: my birthday in on 16th july, it's on Friday) He guessed my birthday day correctly. I'm envy with him, How could he do that? his brain's memory must be better than mine. And The other thing that made me impressed is: even though he's a disable man, but he looked so happy and kept saying these to us (maggy and I): "Why God loves him so much? God gave him a gifted memory, He's clever man, even though he's never went to school or studied as a normal people did." His words really did touch my heart. He did thank GOD instead of angry with Him.

"If He's a normal man, He will be the cleverest man in Singapore"

I do believe it.

The sixth floor of the red cross home's used as female rooms. I met Agnes There. She's a very cheerful woman, likes to sing "the beatles's songs" and can remember all the lyrics.

"If she can speak and stand properly, She will be The Top Singaporean Singer"

I hope the holy-spirit is always with her, so that she never gets bored.

All of things that happened during this day has been taught me that How lucky I were. I've born as a normal people, but How come I never thank Him. See, folks. How horrible I am. The overall of this tiring day is I enjoyed the pain on my legs. "A pain that brings peace in my heart, because I can serve others". =D

Two months ago, Vincent did lend me a book, with title "Everyday Hospitality" written by Thea Jarvis. Thanks be to God, because I read this book.

"Hospitality is a talent and a gift, hospitality chooses someone who relatively inexperienced and often unprepared".
Nouwen wrote in his reflection, The Path to Peace. "I started to realize that there was a mutuality of Love not based on shared knowledge or shared feelings, but on shared humanity". His words have fledgling roots into my heart.
And I like the story of Mother Teresa from this book. She told the teeming congregation that gathered in Atlanta's historic Sacred Hear Church. "I remember once I picked up this man from the street. He was full of worms, and I took him to our home". When he arrived, the man said he'd lived like an animal on the streets, but was going to die like an angel. Mother Teresa said "this is the joy of serving. This is what Jesus said: 'whatever you do to the last, you do to me'".
And From this book, I also found one house of hospitality, called Eagle Ranch. This community was amazing, because it's a non-profit charitable organization. WOW!!! People who worked there, all were volunteers. GB Them. Click on HERE to visit its web.
"Eagle Ranch is a Christian-based childrens home for up to 54 boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18. Folks I wanna share about my catholic community "The Emmaus".

It's a young-adult charismatic prayer group. I have never joined any community before, so it's my First community. At the very first time, I came to this prayer group because of my bro's invitation. I have been a member of this community for 2 years, but since a few months ago, I realized this community brings me peace and very warmful welcome. I did like this community and did treat all its members as my bro and sis in Christ. "Love them"

Commonly, every Saturday night, we have sharing group and testimony time. To be honest, I hate those parts (both sharing and testimony times). Please don't misunderstand, I like to hear others' testimonies and I also want to testify God's love, but I don't have any story to share and don't have enough BRAVERY to talk in the front. When the sharing and testimony time came, they made me depression, I felt so shy, like a loser and a failure. What should I do?

Two days ago, Valent asked me to post a daily reflection on The emmaus' website. Spontaneously, I said "no to him and I don't have any idea to write". Suddenly, Soni replied "Ivon, you can write about what we eat tonight (At that time, we ate Empek2) and just say thanks to the Lord, He creates this food for us and its taste's very good".

Then I answered Soni: "Why not just you do write it on the website?" After that, He didn't replied me back. Yesterday, He posted about Theology of pempek. Please click on HERE to read that. It's a beautiful theology, which I have never thought about. His desire to testify God's Love's very deep. I hope The Lord will always protect him from the evil. GB him =)

I knew her since two months ago as my new *********. She's just married on Feb this year. I didn't know that she was pregnant. Two weeks ago, she fell sick. I thought that she only got fever and nothing serious. Me and my bro were pity on her, because her husband was no around her when she's sick. At that time, we were thinking about "Who will take care of her? she's no family in Singapore and Her husband's company's just send him to US to have a training for 4 months."
Then She told us (my bro and me) that she was miscarriage. She looked so down and sad. We understood her feeling but we couldn't do anything for her. Arghhh!! What should we do? we had no experience. The last thing that we can do was just praying for her. hughhhhh!

Hi, folks! Do you believe that everyone has a guardian angel?

Last Saturday, I planned to study along that day. Yet I couldn't concentrate, then I fall asleep. "That's my bad habit." =) When I were sleeping, I heard someone's calling my name 3 times to wake me up. It sounded like my bro's voice but at that time, He was not at home.

First time, I heard a very gentle and soft voice from the living room, called my name. Then I woke up for awhile to check what happened, I thought My bro had come back home, but I saw no one in the living room. After checking, I continued my sleeping and He called my name again, this time his voice's louder than the first time, but I ignored it and went back to sleep. And The third time, his voice was louder than the second one, I felt like someone stood beside my bed and said "Ivon.. Ivonnn.. Wake Uppp.." I opened my eyes and saw no one around me, and suddenly I realised my exam is near!!! and I've to study. argh!!! "study. study. study."

Honestly I don't believe about the guardian angel. But My bro said that perhaps that voice was my guardian angel's. mmh. After I thought about it, yeah maybe what my bro said is true that my guardian angel is with me but he's invisible so I can't see him. Anw, Thank you my guardian angel. ^_^

God doesn't mind mistakes and misunderstanding.

The important thing is to set out. He will provide what you lack. He will empower you and redirect you where necessary. He will take care of the details, probably in ways you can't imagine. I Love Friday!

I Love Friday!

I don't know since when I start falling in love with Friday.

but I have many good reasons to answer you,folks.

It's because of:

* My class's schedule is Monday-friday, thus on weekend I need not have to wake up early. => no disaster on weekend. Praise the LORD! ^_^

* Last friday was my birthday, I got a suprise from my friends. This friday I also get surprise from them. "A doggy doll". I feel like "Friday is my lucky day" => love it. <3

* and the most important reason, I see *** every Friday at canteen. "by seeing *** brings me a lot of happiness" =)

* etc....

My bridging class is over. No more class until my exams which are held on 4 and 6 August, just 2 subjects. "Please do pray for me and my exam". After finishing the exam, I'll have a long holiday AGAIN approximately one and half months. I have no idea what I should do during the next holiday and have no intention to travel back to Medan.

So I hope SIM wants to accept me to be one of their student ambassadors. I heard that they will pay each student ambassador around S$6 per hour. It's good, isn't it? I can earn money and learn something new "working experience" at the same time without any worry about the ICA's regulations. "ICA didn't allow foreign student to work, except work for SIM"

I've been struggling for so long, waiting for that "Holy package". I've submitted all the needed documents to them, yet how come until today I haven't received it. Urgh!!! damn you ***! I can't endure it anymore. I come to student help desk and ask them about that "Holy package".

The student help desk officer also doesn't know what happens to my application. He asks me to wait for a while, perhaps my application is being processed. Yeah well.

Then I ask him "Is there any possibility *** rejects my application?" and his answer made me panic, "Likely". I'm speechless now. I can't do anything,unless keep praying and wish that I can receive that "Holy package" as soon as possible. It is my future. T_T

What happened to PLN?
Are they trying to cheat their customers?

My cousins came from Jakarta, they planned to stay here until Friday. We decided to spend this very day by playing badminton at Jemadi. However,starting from 1p.m. till 4 plus, along jln. G.kratau there's no electricity and the weather's very unfriendly, so freaking hot.

When we arrived at Jemadi, the guard there didn't allow us to enter the hall and said "it's close, cause there's no electricity". Well, we decided to wait outside the hall till the electricity comes. After approximately 30 mnts, the guard perhaps pity on us and gave us permission to play badminton inside the hall BUT without any lighting and it's free of charge. We thanked him and started to play in the darkness for one and half hours. Suddenly, the electricity came. "wow praise the Lord". We turned on the lamp at the field no.8 and played another one and half hour.

note: Playing badminton in the darkness sure is difficult, because I can't see the shuttlecock clearly. Please don't try it,folks!

When I reached my home, took a shower, and watched Cinta Fitri "it's a Indonesian drama on SCTV". I felt my whole body aching, especially my right hand. T_T what should I do,folks?

Yesterday I saw the dentist to control my braces and the nurse made me queuing for 4 hours plus, starting from 9 am until 13.20 pm. Only for seeing the dentist approximately 5 minutes in his room.
Oh crap! I see him every week, but yesterday is the worst. argh! wanna bite the nurse's head! it's so miserable and made my mood perfectly rotated 180 degree into bad mood the whole day.

Starting from Sunday, I got high fever + headache. *scream* AaaH!!!!! I hate u headache!!!!!!

I have just watched talk show on Global TV channel. its discussion topic is "Although they suffered down syndrome, they have the most amazing achievement."

They successfully made me impressed!

I saw one of them could play golf perfectly and he have ever received an award from Indonesia Record Muri, because he could carry out Indonesia's name until Asia's golf tournament, fight with normal golfer and came out as a winner. Awesome!

Although they suffered down syndrome, they were human beings too. Don't ever look down on them! they are special, guys.

On last Sunday, I went to Thamrin Plaza to watch a movie with Angelia and 3 others, we watched "MY NAME IS KHAN". I liked Shah Ruk Khan's acting as Risvan Khan. He did his part very well and successfully made us impress and cry. Especially Angelia, she cried so badly. haha.

Yesterday, we (me and my aunt) tried to bake Cheese and chocolate cupcakes.

Our cupcakes were "gosong" (over-baked?),
therefore they were a bit hard to bite.
(we are still amateur in baking any cakes)

Talking about their tastes, I would give them 6 marks.

We did diving at tanjung benoa, nusa dua, bali.
wew. The world under the sea made me impressed.

I like it, the duck is very crispy.

but others especially my mom and my dad, they dislike it.

the view there is wow. incredible. fantastic.

-Frictional unemployment

However, there is solution to reduce frictional unemployment by increasing the job's information.

-Structural unemployment (regarding to lack of skill).

Solution: the company should give continuously trainings for its employees, so that its employees can acquire new skills and knowledge.

-Cyclical unemployment
Basically it occurs when there is a recessionary gap.
Solution: the govt. must use his power to control the economy with either monetary or fiscal policy.
